    Provencher & Company, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Michael A. Arthur, CPA as our newly appointed Chief Financial Officer.

    Michael has been affiliated with Provencher & Company since its formation as our corporate CPA and tax advisor. In his new role, he will be directing corporate spending and overseeing regulatory compliance.

    Michael began his career as a controller for an international manufacturing company before moving into public accounting over 30 years ago. Since 1989, Michael has been running his own public accounting firm. As part of working with a diverse client base, Michael has also worked for his clients in various capacities from tax preparation and consultation to part-time internal controller and CFO.

  • PROVENCHER & COMPANY ADDS TO THEIR MAJOR CASE UNIT (MCU)

    Provencher & Company, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Kenneth Jones as Executive General Adjuster with our Major Case Unit (MCU) team. Kenneth will work directly with our Executive Claims Manager, Stuart Retallick, and available to travel nationwide wherever our clients’ needs are.

    “We are very excited to add Kenneth to our MCU team” says President of Provencher & Company, David Kurland. “He has been with us as an adjuster since the creation of our company during Hurricane Katrina back in 2005.     Kenneth has a vast building construction background, having worked in and later managing his family’s construction business since he was a teen. Kenneth has extensive experience handling and re-inspecting both residential and commercial lines losses in excess of $25 million. Kenneth has also been a consulting director and administrator for various companies in claim preparedness.

    Kenneth’s unique experience with varied aspects of loss management and successful claim resolution brings substantial value as the newest Major Case Unit (MCU) team member for Provencher & Company.

  • PROVENCHER & COMPANY WELCOMES NEW SUPERVISING EXAMINER

    Provencher & Company, LLC is pleased to welcome Supervising Examiner, Dana Patin, AIC to the team.

    Dana has gained 20 years of experience in the adjustment of property & liability claims both residential and commercial.

    She recently spent over a year working as a claims adjuster in a London based MGA. During her time there, she proactively handled all types of claims from FNOL to settlement (including coverage, legal liability, and quantum analysis) across classes including Property, GL, PI / E&O, and Contingency (specialty).

    Dana exhibits strong leadership, powerful negotiation and relationship building skills. Additionally, she is well versed in policy interpretation and implementation.

    Dana;s unique experience with varied aspects of loss management and successful claim resolution brings substantial value to our team at Provencher & Company, LLC.
