Julie is currently working on her SHRM Certification and overseeing Human Resources, fostering the culture of Provencher & Company and establishing the importance of emotional intelligence within the organization.

During her time there, she proactively handled all types of claims from FNOL to settlement (including coverage, legal liability, and quantum analysis) across classes including Property, GL, PI / E&O, and Contingency (specialty).
