Kelly Cressy, Vice President of Client Relations, manages client relations for Provencher & Company.
Kelly has been active in the Restoration and Insurance Services Industry since 2003. In this time she has held several roles and has gained experience in all aspects of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Catastrophe claims.
Her restoration experience includes Project Management and Estimating as a Sole Proprietor of a National restoration company. Industry certifications include IICRC-WRT/ASD. She has successfully completed the industry standard training course “Designing the Building Envelope for Control of Moisture and Mold and Indoor Air Quality”. Kelly has published many articles in Restoration Industry Publications including:ICS; R&R Magazine; IE Connections; and Claims.
Kelly is certified with the Departments of Banking and Insurance as an instructor in several states. Approved courses include: “Advanced Hardwood and Concrete Drying”; “Ask the Expert”; “After the Disaster: Incompetence and Fraud in the Restoration Industry”; and “The Adjuster Takes Control: After the Hurricane”.
