Ken Whittaker, Client Manager, oversees assigned Client accounts and ensures delivery of custom Client protocols for Provencher & Company, LLC.

With almost 20 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, Ken has acquired a wide range of skills as a Business Development Professional and Claims Adjuster.

Throughout his career, Ken has built and maintained long-term relationships with a variety of Clients; he has also managed the marketing, promotion, and sale of emergency services & general contracting to local and national insurance adjusters, property management companies, and HOA’s. Ken is a solution-focused Insurance Professional with the ability to partner in developing all aspects of Client relationships, Client experience, and claims attainment. His deep understanding of field level claims management processes, along with his Client management experience, will greatly enhance the Clients’ overall service experience.

Ken has a strong background in managing and leading all aspects of claims adjustment for areas including Commercial & Residential damage via water, fire, smoke, collapse, wind, hail, hurricane/tornado, freeze, theft, vandalism, and liability. Ken is very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Act CRM.
