As Compliance Administrator, Kristin oversees all company state and employer regulatory compliance. Kristin manages and implements policies & procedures that are designed to ensure accuracy with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and delegation requirements.

Kristin also maintains all staff adjuster licenses records and is charge with filing business annual reporting for all relevant states and jurisdictions within the service of Provencher & Company, LLC.

Throughout her career, Kristin has gained experience in office and customer account management, human resource management, and has been a model of excellence and leadership in client relations and customer satisfaction.
