Brinley Roush is a Client Manager at Provencher & Company, LLC, where she supports carrier and third-party administrator relationships across all assignments. She is responsible for client onboarding, protocol implementation, service oversight, and ongoing account management, ensuring alignment between client expectations and operational execution.

Brinley has over 13 years of combined experience spanning insurance claims, client management, and marketing. She began her career in the insurance industry, spending approximately 6 years in claims handling, working as a casualty claims adjuster with a focus on auto liability, general liability, and public-entity claims.

Following her adjusting career, Brinley transitioned into marketing and account management, where she spent nearly four years in digital and omnichannel marketing roles. This experience strengthened her ability to communicate complex information clearly and manage projects across multiple stakeholders.

Since joining Provencher & Company in 2022, Brinley has worked closely with executive leadership, supervisor examiners, and department heads to support daily and catastrophe claim operations.
