Email Your Loss Assignment to:

Claims submitted during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST) will be assigned to our field staff with an acknowledgement letter to you within two hours of receipt in most cases.

Please note: Our Webserver has a 10MB size limit for attachments. If you have attachments that will exceed this size limit, please DO NOT use the online submission form. Email the loss assignment in lieu of submitting via the web. Mail all loss assignments to The size limitation for that mailbox is 80MB.
