Kenneth has a vast building construction background, having worked in and later managing his family’s construction business since he was a teen. Kenneth has extensive experience handling and re-inspecting both residential and commercial lines losses in excess of $25 million. Kenneth has also been a consulting director and administrator for various companies in claim preparedness.

Provencher & Company, LLC is pleased to welcome Supervising Examiner, Dana Patin, AIC to the team.
Dana has gained 20 years of experience in the adjustment of property & liability claims both residential and commercial.
She recently spent over a year working as a claims adjuster in a London based MGA. During her time there, she proactively handled all types of claims from FNOL to settlement (including coverage, legal liability, and quantum analysis) across classes including Property, GL, PI / E&O, and Contingency (specialty).
Dana exhibits strong leadership, powerful negotiation and relationship building skills. Additionally, she is well versed in policy interpretation and implementation.

Provencher & Company, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Michael A. Arthur, CPA as our newly appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Michael has been affiliated with Provencher & Company since its formation as our corporate CPA and tax advisor. In his new role, he will be directing corporate spending and overseeing regulatory compliance.

Michael began his career as a controller for an international manufacturing company before moving into public accounting over 30 years ago. Since 1989, Michael has been running his own public accounting firm. As part of working with a diverse client base, Michael has also worked for his clients in various capacities from tax preparation and consultation to part-time internal controller and CFO.

Provencher & Company, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Julie Rock-Chatellier to the newly created position of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. As the newest member of the Executive Team, Julie will work directly with Senior Leadership on business operational objectives, planning initiatives and human resources. She will lead multiple projects ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. The new role will influence and drive the delivery of business priorities, project excellence and bridge the gap between ideas and implementation with the ultimate goal of excellent customer service.

Julie began her career with Provencher & Company as a temp during Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Little did she know then it would turn into an entirely new career path for her. After obtaining her adjusters’ license, Julie took on claims technical roles before becoming Director of Quality Assurance and Claim Operations. She worked nearly every position in the company over the past 13 years giving her excellent insight into the day-to-day business operations. Julie is currently working on her SHRM Certification and overseeing Human Resources, fostering the culture of Provencher & Company and establishing the importance of emotional intelligence within the organization.

Provencher & Company, LLC is pleased to announce Brian Single will be the dedicated Senior Account Manager overseeing both London books of business and all liability claims.
Brian has been with Provencher & Company for five years, and has extensive experience spanning 24+ years in the Insurance claims industry. Brian, who began his career as an educator, worked for both insurance companies and as an independent adjuster. Through the course of his career, Brian has become an expert in the interpretation and application of commercial and personal lines coverages for both first and third party claims. While working with the London Syndicates during his tenure with Provencher, he’s developed a keen understanding of the London Market’s needs and expectations.
With the growth of both the Liability and London business we are experiencing, it was imperative to have the right claims professional oversee these divisions to ensure we deliver on our commitment to our clients – timely delivery of a quality work product.
Brian will be responsible for reviewing all aspects of adjuster reporting and providing practical solutions, recommendations and suggestions to assist our adjusters in meeting the expectations of our clients. He draws on his education background as a member of our Training Team and onboarding new adjusters.
Brian’s vast experience in investigating, evaluating and settling a wide variety of claims makes him an invaluable part of the Account Management Team.
