Tammy Gibson, Associate Director of Property Claims, oversees quality assurance and training of our supervising examiner team. She also works closely with clients and field adjusters to ensure a consistent and professional work product that continually meets, if not exceeds the client’s expectations, which is our top priority at Provencher & Company, LLC.

Tammy brings to the table 24 years of property claims handling experience, from small residential claims to complex multi-million-dollar commercial property claims. Tammy has handled a wide range of claims within the commercial property area from specialty items such as jewelers block, fine art, and instrument claims, along with bailees, contractors’ equipment, heavy equipment, and even equipment breakdown claims.

Tammy originally began her career in the insurance industry handling personal lines claims, at the desk level and went on to handle commercial claims in the field, both as a carrier adjuster and as an independent adjuster. Tammy also worked as a project manager for a reconstruction company, which allowed Tammy to hone her adjusting ability. Tammy has successfully handled large complex claims in excess of $500,000 to $8.4 million.

Tammy’s specialized knowledge of several facets of loss management and effective claim resolution is a significant asset to our team as well as our clients. In her spare time, Tammy can be found home schooling her daughter, or binge watching her favorite true crime shows.
