Tammy Gibson, Associate Director of Property Claims, oversees quality assurance and training of our supervising examiner team. She also works closely with clients and field adjusters to ensure a consistent and professional work product that continually meets, if not exceeds, the client’s expectations, which is our top priority at Provencher & Company, LLC.

Tammy brings nearly three decades of property claims handling experience, from small residential claims to complex multi-million-dollar commercial claims. Tammy has handled a wide range of claims in the commercial property area, including specialty items such as jewelry, fine art, and instrument claims, as well as bailee, contractor’s equipment, heavy equipment, and equipment breakdown claims.

Tammy began her career in the insurance industry, handling personal lines claims at the desk level and later commercial claims in the field, both as a carrier adjuster and an independent adjuster. Tammy also worked as a project manager for a reconstruction company, which allowed Tammy to hone her adjusting ability. Tammy has successfully handled large, complex claims ranging from $500,000 to $8.4 million.

Tammy’s specialized knowledge of loss management and effective claim resolution is a significant asset to our team and our clients. In her spare time, Tammy can be found homeschooling her daughter or binge-watching her favorite true crime shows.
