Chrissy Gray, Supervising Examiner for Provencher & Company, oversees assigned client accounts and ensures delivery of custom client protocols for liability claims with Provencher & Company, LLC.

Chrissy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in liability coverage. She has over 16 years of general liability experience, from small to high-exposure claims, handling a wide range of claims, including auto, property damage, premise liability, subrogation matters, and employers’ liability.

Her career began in the insurance industry as a third-party liability adjuster, working closely with clients and carriers to investigate and settle claims. Over the course of her career, Chrissy has handled large volumes of litigated claims to assist clients and attorneys with initial discovery through trial.

Chrissy lives in Illinois with her husband and pets and is the mother of two children. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and playing tennis.
