In this role, she works closely with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to maintain high standards of claim handling, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

With nearly two decades of experience in liability coverage, Chrissy brings extensive expertise in managing general liability claims, from routine matters to high-exposure losses. Her experience spans a broad spectrum of claim types, including auto liability, property damage, premises liability, subrogation, and employers’ liability.

Chrissy began her career in the insurance industry as a third-party liability adjuster, where she developed a strong foundation in claims investigation, coverage evaluation, and resolution strategies. Throughout her career, she has managed large volumes of litigated claims and has worked closely with clients and defense counsel through all phases of litigation, from initial discovery through trial preparation.

Known for her depth of industry knowledge and practical approach to claims management, Chrissy plays a key role in supporting Provencher & Company’s commitment to delivering responsive and effective claims solutions for its clients.

Chrissy resides in Illinois with her husband and pets, and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys walking and playing tennis.
