Hammond, LA – Provencher & Company, LLC, a Nationwide provider of Property & Liability claims solutions and Independent Expert services based in Hammond, LA, has appointed Ken Whittaker as Client Manager. With almost 20 years’ experience as a Business Development Professional and Claims Adjuster, Ken is a solution-focused insurance professional with the ability to partner in developing all aspects of Client relationships, Client experience, and claims attainment. His deep understanding of field level claims management processes along with his Client management experience will greatly enhance the Clients’ overall service experience.
Ken is well versed in all aspects of Casualty claims adjustment. He has handled a diverse range of Commercial & Residential claims including: water, fire, smoke, collapse, wind, hail, hurricane/tornado, freeze, theft, vandalism, Liability, and Casualty.
In his new role, Ken will help enhance Client relationships by evaluating business opportunities and helping to formulate strategies that optimize the Clients’ service offerings through understanding of market trends, market needs, new technology, Client business issues, and the competitive environment.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Springfield College, Massachusetts and works from an office in Phoenix, Arizona.
