With over 25 years of litigation management experience, Chuck is a well-seasoned negotiator and communicator. He has hands-on experience assisting insureds and attorneys with numerous litigated matters, from initial discovery through trial.

Chuck is well-versed in handling the complexities that arise in general liability, product, and construction defect claims. He frequently expands his knowledge base by attending seminars and classes to improve his skills and develop new ideas.
