Chuck’s years of handling General Liability exposures include School Districts, Municipalities, Trucking Companies, Construction Companies, and non-profit entities as well as AL, GL, Product Liability, Liquor Liability, Subrogation matters and other exposures.

With over 20 years of Litigation Management experience, Chuck is a well-seasoned negotiator and communicator. He has hands-on experience assisting insureds and attorneys with numerous litigated matters; from initial Discovery through trial.

Chuck is well versed in dealing with the complexities that arise when working General Liability, Product, and Construction Defect claims. He frequently increases his knowledge base by attending seminars and classes to improve his skills and innovations.
