Grant LaFever, Supervising Examiner, General Adjuster, works closely with clients and field adjusters to ensure a consistent and professional work product that continually meets, if not exceeds, the client’s expectations, which is our top priority at Provencher & Company, LLC.

Grant brings 10 years of property claims experience, spanning field handling to office management, including training facilitation. He is a skilled communicator and has worked alongside some of the largest insurance carriers, providing timely, accurate, and fair adjustments to the carrier and insured.

Grant originally began his career in the insurance industry, handling catastrophic residential and commercial claims as an independent adjuster and handling many proximity assignments for weather, water, fire, and theft perils. Prior to his insurance career, Grant worked as a sales manager for a telecommunications company, gaining depth of experience in face-to-face communication, negotiation tactics, and organizational abilities.

Grant prides himself on earning the highest honor in the Boy Scouts, Eagle Scout, and says it is what has given him the drive to succeed in any endeavor set before him. In his spare time, Grant can be found watching his favorite sports teams, enjoying his spouse’s amazing and creative cuisine, and playing with his children.
