Jason Travis, Supervising Examiner and Senior Adjuster, oversees both Property and General Liability accounts ensuring delivery of custom client protocols for Provencher & Company, LLC.

Jason has spent his career working on the carrier side with a mid-west mutual company handling both property and liability claims for: homeowners, farm owners, mobile owners, main street business, auto liability and physical damage. It is this breadth of experience that makes Jason unique in today’s world of specialization and able to confidently lead a diverse team of adjusters.

Jason is adept with Xactimate and XactAnalysis which helps him in reviewing and collaborating on the field adjuster’s estimates, resulting in quicker turnaround time for our clients.

Having worked on the carrier side, he fully understands the pressures our clients face every day from policyholders, underwriters and agents. Jason appreciates the fact that customer service is paramount and that our customers are at the center of everything we do.

While not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is involved in his community with coaching youth sports and teaching at church.
