John Kennedy, Executive General Adjuster, is a member of the Major Case Unit and handles assigned client claim files and assures delivery of client protocol and procedures for Provencher & Company, LLC.

John Kennedy has over 25 years of experience in commercial, inland marine, personal property, and casualty claims. He is the former founder and president of his own firm, Presidential Claims Services, LLC, where they handled commercial, personal lines, property, and casualty claims throughout the Northeast United States.

Throughout his career as an adjuster, John has handled complex losses for hotels, condominiums, apartment buildings, manufacturing claims, power and energy claims, and large-loss claims exceeding $30 million. He has extensive experience handling the complexities that can come with high-exposure commercial claim handling. He is also an experienced Appraiser and Umpire.

John has experience supervising and training Adjusters and providing quality and technical reviews of coverage and reporting. He also provides large-loss oversight and hands-on handling when needed, especially in an Expert capacity. With exceptional adjusting skills and an eye for detail, he excels in claims resolution management.
