Kaitlyn Loyd, Client Advocate, supports assigned client accounts and serves as the primary point of contact to ensure client expectations, service standards, and reporting requirements are met for Provencher & Company, LLC.

Kaitlyn has over five years of experience in the claims industry and more than nine years of experience in client-facing, service-driven environments. Her background includes relationship management, issue resolution, and operational coordination in fast-paced, time-sensitive settings.

At Provencher & Company, Kaitlyn previously worked closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support claims operations. That experience provided her with a strong understanding of claims workflows, client instructions, and internal coordination across departments.

In her Client Advocate role, Kaitlyn remains actively involved throughout the life of each claim, working with Supervisor Examiners, field resources, and leadership to ensure timely communication, alignment with client expectations, and a positive overall service experience. Her organization, reliability, and steady approach make her a trusted partner for the clients she supports.
