At Provencher & Company, Kaitlyn previously worked closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support claims operations. That experience provided her with a strong understanding of claims workflows, client instructions, and internal coordination across departments.

In her Client Advocate role, Kaitlyn remains actively involved throughout the life of each claim, working with Supervisor Examiners, field resources, and leadership to ensure timely communication, alignment with client expectations, and a positive overall service experience.
