Michael A. Arthur serves as Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Provencher & Company.

Michael began his professional career as a Controller for an international manufacturing organization before transitioning to public accounting more than three decades ago. In 1989, he established his own public accounting firm, which he has led with distinction, advising a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Over the course of his career, Michael has provided comprehensive financial leadership, including tax strategy and compliance, financial consulting, and serving in both fractional Internal Controller and Chief Financial Officer capacities. His extensive experience enables him to deliver strategic insight, operational discipline, and sound financial governance.

Michael has been affiliated with Provencher & Company since its inception, contributing tax and advisory expertise to the firm’s growth and success. His longstanding commitment and executive leadership continue to strengthen the organization’s strategic and financial direction.
