EDUCATION: B.S. Business Management, University of Phoenix.

Robert Kimpel is a Loss Consultant based in Peoria, Arizona, who brings more than twenty-five years of claim handling, construction, home-building, and restoration experience and leadership to Provencher & Company. After studying business at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix in 2003, then advanced through increasingly responsible operational roles. From 1998 to 2004, he managed area construction for J. F. Shea / Shea Homes, rolling out quality assurance programs; he then became Director of Customer Service and later Vice President of Operations at Meritage Homes, where he directed construction, purchasing, and customer service divisions, delivering more than 1,400 homes each year and overseeing a $100 million operating budget. Keen to sharpen process efficiency, he completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and qualified as a facilitator of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.”

Kimpel moved into restoration in 2012 as General Manager of a Servpro franchise, where he streamlined mitigation workflow and reduced project cycle time by eighteen percent. Two years later, he founded Kimpel Consulting Group, advising contractors, owners, and carriers on seven-figure commercial and multifamily restoration projects nationwide. To deepen his technical expertise, he attained multiple IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, and HST) along with EPA Lead‑Safe Paint Renovation and OSHA 10‑Hour Construction Outreach credentials.

Today, he provides Building Consulting and Mitigation Review services for our clients. Drawing on his field experience and Lean-informed mindset, he integrates construction best practices into claim reviews and deploys himself or qualified adjusters to assignments anywhere in the continental United States, ensuring accurate scopes, compliant mitigation invoices, and clear, timely communication for every client.
