Hammond, LA – Provencher & Company, LLC has appointed Jackson Lefens as Client Manager. Jackson possesses the natural ability to establish trustworthy partnerships with Clients and is extremely devoted to meeting protocols and exceeding expectations. With over 13 years’ experience building Client relationships, Jackson’s creative approach, and expertise in being able to relate to and understand the wants and needs of Clients, has allowed him to maintain valuable alliances. His unique skills and techniques have led to identifying numerous opportunities for Clients improvement, that tremendously benefitted everyone and made partnerships forever stronger.
As Client Manager, Jackson will help strengthen Client connections by diversifying Provencher & Company’s portfolio of services within the Client environment. In addition to identifying opportunities for business improvement, Jackson will formulate tactics that optimize the Client service experience by recognizing business developments, demands, and risks in the competitive Insurance sector.
Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Montana and is based in Chicago, Illinois.
