Brinley Roush, Client Manager, handles assigned client accounts and ensures delivery of custom client protocols for Provencher & Company, LLC.

Brinley has 8 combined years’ experience in insurance and marketing. Her career started as a claims adjuster, handling various aspects of the claim process. She has conducted inspections and investigations, handled claim negotiations, and prepared reports for clients.

Most recently she has been able to focus her marketing skills on a management position. She has directed projects from start to finish, maintained client relations, and managing customer communications. She’s familiar with producing contracts, reports, letters, and proposals. Client satisfaction and quick resolution of any issues was a major focus for Brinley.

Brinley’s marketing education and experience gives her ideal skills to handle our clients’ needs as a client advocate representative. Her abilities and background bring substantial value to Provencher & Company, LLC.
