Carole Loyd, Claims Mailroom Coordinator for Provencher & Company oversees the digital mailroom, adjuster email and phone system answering services for Provencher & Company, LLC.

Carole has built a more than 30-year career in data entry and clerical processes. She joined our team in 2019 as a Mailroom Clerk, where she worked until moving to her current role as Claims Mailroom Coordinator in 2023. Her role responsibilities include oversight of the mailroom staff and the facilitation of timely delivery of digital correspondences to claim files and maintaining standards of inbound call routing and recording.

Carole is a Louisiana native, who now resides in Georgia. She is a mother to one daughter and is the grandmother to three grandsons. In her spare time, Carole is an active member of a Mardi Gras krewe, enjoys cruising and spending time with her friends and family.
