David Ryan serves as Director of Claims at Provencher & Company, LLC, where he provides direct leadership to the supervising examiner team and ensures that operational excellence and client satisfaction remain central to the organization’s claims delivery model.

With over two decades of experience in property claims adjustment, David brings extensive expertise across residential, commercial, daily, and catastrophe environments. His background spans both Insurance Carrier and Independent Adjuster settings, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of claims operations, coverage analysis, and client service expectations.

David began his career in the independent adjusting arena, managing complex and high-value losses, including historic properties and agricultural risks. He later transitioned to a carrier role as a multi-lines adjuster, where he successfully resolved complex catastrophe, commercial property, residential property, and liability claims. His portfolio includes large-loss assignments involving hotels and commercial properties, with claim values ranging from $500,000 to $3 million.

His depth of experience and leadership oversight contribute significantly to the organization’s ability to deliver consistent, compliant, and the necessary high-quality claim outcomes our clients deserve.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
