Mr. Busby has qualified as an expert and testified in State and Federal courts. Prior to joining Provencher, Harvey founded and managed his own CPA firm, which delivered insurance loss consulting and litigation support services to the insurance and legal communities throughout the Southeast United States.
Before founding his own practice, he held managerial positions in the Atlanta and Miami offices of RGL Gallaher, a national public accounting firm, and gained international experience while working in the London, England office of Campos & Stratis, also an international consulting and public accounting firm, and while serving foreign clients stateside following the 2010-Chilean earthquake. He began his career working as a financial analyst for Lockheed-Martin.
