Robert Kimpel, Supervising Examiner for Provencher & Company oversees assigned client accounts and assures delivery of custom client protocols for Provencher & Company, LLC.

Robert Kimpel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction field to Provencher and Company. He began his career as a trade carpenter, then advanced his expertise by working for JF Shea and Meritage Homes Corporations for over 15 years. At Meritage, Rob rose to the position of Vice President of Operations, demonstrating his leadership and operational excellence.

After his tenure at Meritage, Rob further honed his skills as the General Manager of a Servpro franchise, where he developed proficiency in estimating and restoration. This experience led him to start his own consulting company in 2011, focusing on restoration for both residential and commercial large losses. He worked closely with homeowners and contractors to resolve complex issues and manage restoration projects.

Recently, Rob has transitioned from running his consulting business to join the Provencher team. His extensive background in construction and restoration makes him uniquely qualified to assist Provencher clients in resolving their losses effectively and efficiently.

Rob lives in Arizona with his wife, two children, and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and biking.
